- BT Global Investment Funds, for a start, is to focus on:
- (1) Providing capital to Singapore Science & Technology start ups as introduced to us from Singapore Government, ie EDB, Astar-EPTL and private sectors and many others from the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific Region.
- (2) Providing capital to “China Manufacturing 2025” strategic emerging industries with integration of resources to build a global innovation technology and industrial economy value chain platform.
- With the globalization of investment and mergers and acquisitions, the integration of the technology industry resources to achieve sustainable development of China's industrial economy, innovation driven development and to enhance the value chain.
- Jointly Building a “Collaborative Innovation, Joint-Hands & Win-Win” Global Industry Ecosystem through the use of Capital Strength, the Convergence of Global Innovation Resources, to Service China's Economic Transformation and Upgrading.
- BT Global Investment Funds, for a start, is to focus on:
- MAJOR STRATEGIC PILLARS
- (1) BT GLOBAL “TECHNOLOGY BASED - ANGEL | VC | PE STAGE-FUND” it will be established with initial investments into the Three-Staged “Private Equity Fund”-70%, “Venture Capital Fund-20%” and “Angel Fund-10%”with focus on investment into the following industries: information industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, clean energy and environmental protection, life sciences and modern agricultural industry etc. Besides the Three-Stage Investment Funds, additional % will be allocated into investments into Public Companies in the US & China.
- (2) BT GLOBAL INSTITUTE FOR COMMERCIALIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (BEIJING) - A Fully Owned Subsidiary of BT Global will be established, Headquartered in Beijing, China with regional branches in Shanghai and other cities across China. Its main focus is to establish specialized Technology Industrialization Team so as to support the landing services to be performed for overseas science and technology companies coming into China. Its tasks is to provide services, incubation, industrialization and commercialization for market entry into the Chinese market, starting from registration of Chinese Companies for these overseas companies to establishment of Chinese Team to achieve and realization of the first sales activities in China.
- (3) BT GLOBAL CONSULTING (SINGAPORE | BEIJING)
BT Global Consulting, a Fully Owned Subsidiary Company Of BT Global, will undertake international technology transfer and domestic investment project evaluation, starting from enterprise management consulting towards the direction of financial advisory, investment banking and fund advisory, strongly supporting BT Global Investment Fund In the investment decision-making, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, improvements In the growth of the investment projects and market exit and other business processes, including equity project financing.
