• Sino-Singapore Investment & Innovation Platform Pte. Ltd. (“SSIIP”) (www.SSIIP.sg) [UEN:201016154C] is head quartered in Singapore and was established in July 2010 as one of the five overseas collaborative partners of the International Investment Promotional Centre of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), with the objectives of assisting Chinese Business & HighTech Parks and their companies in attracting foreign capital investment by effectively promoting “foreign capital” and “talent recruitment” as well as to encourage qualified Chinese companies to invest abroad in order to implement the “Going Out” and “Bringing In” Two-Way economic development strategy of China. 
• SSIIP has been involved in a number of projects rollout in China and one of which was undertaking a Master Planning and Development Plan of a 70 square kilometers Economic and Tourism Park in a South Eastern City of  Guangdong Province and organization of many China In-Bound and Out-bound activities, including bringing various bio-pharmaceutical technology and business parks and their companies to participate in the Bio-Pharmaceutical  events in Singapore & New York between 2008-2013.  
• ​One of the on going project engagements is supporting the global rollout of the International Universities Innovation Alliance (IUIA)           ( www.TheIUIA.org ) since early 2015 till todate, which SSIIP has supported IUIA in establishing a no of Venture Accelerators in both overseas, ie London and Singapore as well as in some Chinese cities such as Beijing,  Qingdao, Huangdao and Zibo of Shandong Province. 
• SSIIP works closely with IUIA in establishing IUIA-Cross Border Acceleration Platforms globally including working closely with top global universities and Institutions of Higher Learning, Research Institutions, technology incubators and venture accelerators with the intention to bring overseas’ technology startups and innovative companies in the areas of life-science, bio-science, healthcare, medical technologies, new materials, new energy, cleantech among many other sectors, for technology commercialization and scaling up in China before expanding and access to the global market.
• The IUIA-SSIIP Platform provides investment, fund raising, financial and landing services to overseas technology innovation startups, companies and business venture projects when they enter into the Chinese market as well as facilitating Chinese companies in capitalising on using Singapore as their  "Gateway" for their drive for globalisation. 
• SSIIP works closely with BT Global Capital (www.BT-Global.com) and function as the Projects and Deal Flows Sourcing, Evaluation and Venture Accelerator Arm and from time to time act as the SPV for certain Direct Investment into Chinese and South East Asian based Companies / Projects which require equity investments or project financing.
